Trial Run: $100 per trial run. $125 when I travel to you (except in Picton).
Travel Expenses: Transportation and parking expenses to be agreed upon at time of booking and added as a flat fee to the total cost.

Booking Process
Once your inquiry is received, we’ll schedule a brief phone call to talk about your wedding details, vision, and service needs. This gives a chance to ensure availability, answer any questions and confirm that Beautifully Styled by Vee is the right fit for your day.
After our call you will receive a Contract of Services, pricing and event details. Your date is secured once the signed contract and the deposit are received.

Contract of Services
Following our conversation with Beautifully Styled by Vee, you will receive a Contract of Services outlining the agreed-upon details, including services provided, timing, location, and pricing. The contract helps protect both you and the artist, ensuring clarity and peace of mind moving forward.
To secure your date, the signed contract and required retainer must be returned by the stated deadline. Once received, your booking is confirmed, and your date is officially reserved.
